How My Flower Business Works
My Flower Business is the programme for professionals who use botanicals and décor as working tools: not for personal purchases, but for those who buy to create, style, design and sell. It is open to holders of an Italian or European VAT number, including florists and floral designers, wedding and event planners, architects and interior design studios, hotels, restaurants and Ho.Re.Ca. businesses, home décor retailers and garden centres.
Pro customers receive a progressive discount across the entire catalogue based on cumulative purchase volumes: the more you buy over time, the greater the discount. The tier structure is shared with each professional when their account is approved. No product category is excluded.
There are no restrictions on where products may be resold: in a physical shop, your own e-commerce store, marketplaces such as Amazon or Etsy, or specialist platforms. If you use our products in a project, we appreciate a social media tag — a voluntary gesture that helps build our community.
Pro customers can access the My Flower Pro Project Gallery: a showcase of real projects created by professionals using our products. Visibility for your work and a mark of quality for the brand.
All orders require payment in advance. For high-volume purchases, deferred B2B payment may be available through Billie or an equivalent provider, allowing you to spread the cost across instalments while My Flower receives guaranteed advance payment. Instalments and any applicable fees are communicated when requested.
You may request samples before placing a high-volume order — particularly useful for architects, interior designers and wedding planners evaluating materials, textures and colours. Samples are purchased at the Pro list price: an investment in the quality of your project.
Standard orders follow the delivery times stated on the website. High-volume orders may require longer lead times; we provide a specific estimate when confirming the order, based on availability and shipping complexity.
Under applicable legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to professional purchases: Pro customers with a VAT number do not have the consumer right of withdrawal. For products that are defective or damaged in transit, notify us within a few days and include photographs; we will assess a replacement or credit note.
